German Sterligov,
Chairman of the Board
A politician, entrepreneur and farmer. Born in 1966, he graduated from a school in Moscow (his specialisation being English language), and studied law at Moscow State University. His first business was a small law firm, "Pulsar". In 1990 he founded Russia's first private commodities exchange, "Alisa", which was subsequently transformed into a holding of the same name with 84 subsidiary companies, including companies in New York and London. This business enabled him to become the first official billionaire.
In the mid 1990's he became involved in political activities. In 1996 he was elected Marshal of the Moscow Nobility. He was a candidate for Governor in the elections in Krasnoyarsk region in 2002 and likewise candidate for Mayor of Moscow in 2003. In 2004 he stood for the office of President of the Russian Federation.
Since the late 1990's German Sterligov has been involved in the development of environmentally clean agriculture in the Moscow area. In 2008 he set up the company IRSS in Moscow.
Ivan Zhiznevsky, CEO
A journalist, economic observer and representative of IRSS in London. Born in 1984 in Moscow, he is a graduate of Moscow State University (2005) and holds a Master's degree in sociology. At the present time he is completing work on his dissertation towards the title of Kandidat of Sciences.
Ivan Zhiznevsky has worked as a journalist, newsreader and commentator on "Business-FM" radio (Moscow). He has fronted a review programme of news from the world of business, and is the author of a series of special radio reports such as "The financial crisis - opinions from Europe" (2009) and "Investment opportunities in Russia" (2008).
He used to be a representative of IRSS in London from Feb 2009 to Sept 2009. Recently he was promoted to CEO position of IRSS
